I grew up in the industry. Tidewater Service is a family business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a family business, we think of our employees and customers as family.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, but being a heating and air conditioning company we provide service to Hampton Roads from Virginia Beach to Williamsburg.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Master card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept checks and have several financing companies available.
Which areas do you service?
We service Williamsburg, James City County, York County, Poquoson, Newport News, Hampton, Chesapeake, Norfolk, most of Virginia Beach, parts of Suffolk, Carrolton, and parts of Smithfield.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
David Lemis is the President. Angie White runs most of the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Office hours are 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. We provide 24/7 emergency service.
